We use your name and email to create and secure your rewards identity, issue your QR pass, send sign-in codes, prevent abuse, and record venue visits.
Submitting the Club Tropicana Dundee Rewards form also enrols your email in that club’s Brevo list so Club Tropicana Dundee can send rewards, news, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing your pass.
Pass identity and visit records are shared only as needed to validate the pass and operate the rewards network. Operators for another club cannot see your name or email unless you joined that club.
Club Tropicana Dundee Rewards is provided by Club Tropicana Dundee (tropicanadundee.co.uk), which is responsible for the personal data described here.
Sign-in codes expire after 20 minutes, and email confirmation links after 7 days. A sign-in session ends when you sign out, or after 180 days without opening your pass. We keep your pass, visit records and consent history while your pass is active, and delete them when you ask.
We use your details to provide the pass you asked for (contract), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and to send marketing only as described on the join form (consent). Your name and email are needed to create a pass; everything else is optional. No decisions about you are made by automated means.
Service providers that host the service and send our emails process your data on our behalf, under contract. Door staff see your name, society and pass status when they scan your code.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. To do any of these, or for other privacy questions, email info@tropicanadundee.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
